4. Payment & Subscriptions

If you purchase a programme, assessment, or coaching service, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or covered under a stated guarantee (e.g. money-back guarantee for specific programmes).

5. Coaching & Results Disclaimer

We provide tools, guidance, and coaching to support your personal and professional growth. Results may vary based on individual effort and external factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes including income, promotions, or business growth.

6. Community Standards

When participating in our community platforms (e.g. WhatsApp groups, discussion forums), you agree to:

  • Respect others
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Avoid unsolicited selling or promotion

We reserve the right to remove members who violate these standards.

7. Third-Party Links

Our Services may link to third-party websites. We’re not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use these links at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCYK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services.
